Will the AI receptionist replace my staff?
No. It answers when your team can't get to the phone, and every order and message goes to your staff screen. Your team confirms each order with the customer by text or call.
Can it get prices wrong?
Prices, tax and totals are calculated by the system from your menu, not made up by the AI. It reads the order and total back to the caller before placing it.
What happens with calls it can't handle?
For anything beyond orders and common questions, like catering, a complaint or a lost item, it takes the caller's name, number and message and puts it on your staff screen so someone can call back.
Do you take a commission on online orders?
No. The ordering app is yours, and we don't take a cut of your orders.
Which languages does the receptionist speak?

Do I need new equipment?
